On-site staff role within the Orioles’ player development operation. Charted pitch location, type, count, and scorebook detail during games; supported pre-game routines, batting practice, fungos, player logistics, and daily development workflows. Operated Hawk-Eye, TrackMan, and OMAR, using SQL tables to aggregate performance metrics and support individualized player development plans.

Year-long extern covering baseball operations, player representation, and contract work under MLBPA certification. Contributed to 2024 MLB Draft player evaluations, supported client services at the 2024 MLB All-Star Game, analyzed salary comparables, prepared arbitration research, reviewed endorsement and NIL agreements, and helped establish players’ charitable efforts.

Captured and analyzed ball-tracking data, translated player performance information into actionable feedback for coaches and players, and worked inside a program MaxPreps ranked No. 1 among high school baseball dynasties since 2009.
